Steps not showing

Hi,
Just got my Samdung watch 6 classic and find that steps do not show on any watch face.I have granted sll permissions, abd rebooted watch and phone.Hoping someone can help.

Try loading a non Facer face, like one that came with the watch, then load the Facer face again.

Even though your work around was great, I was still aggravated by it. LOL. I did some more looking into the settings on the watch, and I think I may have fixed it . I went all through the watch 6 classic settings one more and checked again that I had given all permissions to Facer, such as permission to use all sensors (which in my opinion should have fixed it, but did not). This time I found apps- permission manager- Location- and allowed Facer to access location ALL of the time. I am pretty sure this is what fixed it, as I now have steps showing when I change to a new face . I wrote to support and they said it was a known issue and they are working on a fix.
