The heartrate is stuck at 176 across all watch faces on my samsung galaxy watch 4. Anyone else have this problem?
You should go see a doctor! (Iām kidding) But seriously, sometimes a simple restart of your watch will solve a lot of issues. When was the last time you did that?

As kirium0212 says try to restart watch and phone.
After that check if there are Facer app updates for watch (update from watch) and for phone app (update from phone).
