Ok let’s take a deep breath, count to ten, and see if we can get a timeline here. @icrltd4 exactly when did you submit your ticket? A fix is not instantaneous. All I see in those comments is a generic image and some strange characters. Did you explain what is offensive? Supporting documentation would be helpful as well. Maybe whoever handled your ticket did not understand why the image would bother anyone?
