Seriously I think they are Too busy just getting the Platform to work to worry about what Marvin gets up to behind thier Backs .

I think Facer is a victim of its own success- I don’t believe they are ignoring support requests deliberately- that would be bad PR. I agree with @russellcresser .They are simply under staffed and overworked! Things are improving, slowly but improving. We can’t expect them to have Microsoft or Apple resources- at least not yet, however the current situation is frustrating!

I have received responses a few times. Only once on a copyright infringement and one of the Facebook group admins brought it to the attention of the support team and it got resolved. I also have to agree with what @russellcresser and @BIELITZ said. Over worked, under staffed and has grown too fast to keep up with everything that goes on behind the curtain.
My one and only support request was resolved wthin 3 days!
A small improvement if only for me and even if only my PC - Ctrl-Z now ‘Undoes’ which it didn’t do for me before! It would be nice if Grouping of layers was next
I can tell, I have mixed experience, but in general they responded to most of my support requests.
back in feb.2020. I appealed against removing my face and positive response came the next day.
then in apr.2020 I had issue without response
in may.2020 I got response to my query about beta deactivation in 7 days
in august this year I asked about the missing preview buttons and got two responses the next day (first for problem clarification, second with answer I referred to in of the topics about this issue in this forum)

I have. I have yet to receive a response about anything. It’s becoming frustrating.
