Hi, I’m using a Chinese version of TicWatch Pro X, with WearOS 2.4. I tried installing the latest v6.0.9 of Facer app in both my phone and watch, and there isn’t a “Ticwatch Pro X” option in the supportting devices list, then I chosen a “ticwatch Pro3” and anything I can try. But it always says “Oh no we cannot connet your watch”. Will there any help?
In addition, the Facer in watch works just fine, except cannot connecting my phone Facer app.
I would suggest you contact Facer Support by emailing them at: email@example.com They will want you to include the watch brand and model number, the operating system version plus the Facer app version you have. Also include a detailed explanation of the issue you are having so they can investigate what might be going on.
For some reason I retailed the ticwatch pro x and change to a samsung galaxy 5. But it seems have the same problem with pro x. Maybe i still need to contact the facer.io team later. Thanks for your reply anyway.
