I’ve been having sync issues for quite some time now and lately it has been getting worse and worse every day/week, and tonight cannot sync unpublished faces to my watch, and yes, I have reinstalled, and ALL the permissions are set like they’re supposed to be, many times on both phone & watch and nothing. But I can sync faces from the phone app just fine, they go through, just not through Facer.io website creator, and it is really getting frustrating and annoying. The people that do the crap for the website need to stop. “If it’s not broken don’t fix it.” If someone is trying to improve something, it’s not working. How am I supposed to TEST a watch face if SYNC is not working? And I am paying $4.99/month for what, something that doesn’t work like it’s supposed to?
Sounds familiar when it come to my old ticwatch. I cannot sync anymore at all! Not sure why, maybe the version is too old.
Since I have a Samsung GW6 watch, the sync speed as actually improved. Had to buy a Samsung phone though, since iPhone is not compatible, nor is a Samsung pad! Could not connect the watch to a device to even install the watch! Once installed I do not need the Samsung phone anymore! Not fair…

I have a sneaky way around that. I have written a webpage that has the links to all my watchfaces as I make them. I have a link to that page in my cellphone and have told the Chrome browser on my phone to always open those links in the Facer app. Now if I can’t sync from the webpage, I just click the link in my phone, and it opens in Facer and I can sync it from there. I’ve been doing this now for the last 5 years and it has become quite useful.
Well, a new day and still can’t sync from the website. So now, I guess I have to publish a face just to test it. This fricking ridiculous. Did facer stop supporting the Galaxy Watch 3 or something?

If you do not have a website for yourself, you need to go somewhere and make a free website. Just do a web search for ‘free website’ and you will find places to make a free page. Then you can put links to your watchfaces on that page and use your phone to see the page and click the links. That way you can have them open in the Facer app and sync them.
Thank you for your response, it’s done ;). it’s a shame to have to come to this :(, plus now I have to deactivate “allways on display” and reactivate it otherwise the watch turns black
I made a system with xamp (html page and database) in the menu I enter the number finding it just after watch in the link I save the number in data base , and I have a button which appears with the link complete (https… etc…) and I have access to this page via my phone

The Face takes a bit of hunting down if it has not been recently synced . I use the Alphabetical Search if that is the case . The problem will be sorted soon I am sure .
If not, there will be a lot of unhappy paying users for sure
Yes of course . A couple of years ago we could Invoke @Facer_Official and @Facer-Staff here and get some response but sadly that gets little these days . Well for obvious reasons . There are a handful of Partners that come to share stuff with us . In the rules they have for Partnership selection , continuing Commitment to the Community is expected . Some time ago I was given the hint that there were 250 Partners . Probably 300 now .
it seems to work again, I was able to synch some of my unpublished faces from the website just now.
