Sync red button with a "!"

Hi,

I cant sync a face on my watch. The button turn red with a “!” How can I solve it ?

Are you trying to sync from the phone app, the webpage or creator?

Did you check that you are logged in your profile?

I checked it was disconected. I logged and now it works. thanks
