Hi everyone. I am having trouble syncing faces to my Samsung Active 2 from my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I can hit the sync button multiple times but it won’t change faces until I reboot the watch. Have any of you seen anything like this?

Yeah I rarely get a Sync from my Phone. I usually just go to the Laptop.
