Yes, it’s still an issue. All new and updated faces refuse to sync. Apparently my hobby is on strike until Facer fixes it ![]()

It’s happening to me too. The faces I made a few days ago sync to the watch without any problems. The new ones don’t.
For example, I made a very simple face, without any compatibility issues. When I try to publish it, I get the message “Conversion failure, saved as Deaft.”
The other problem is that I can’t upload it to the watch, not even from the Draft. If I try from my PC, it goes into an endless loop.
If I try from my phone, it loads it, but… without hands, date, or anything else. It just loads the blank dial.
I can’t explain. I’m hoping it’s a temporary Facer glitch.
I haven’t submitted any tickets because they don’t respond anyway.
The system appears to be working normally now.

As @taurogoti said the system appears to works now. I managed to publish the face that was giving me an error until yesterday. I haven’t tried sending it to the watch yet. I hope it sends without problems.
I’ll let you know after I try uploading it to the watch.
I can definitely confirm that, at least for now, the system is working. The face was published correctly and uploaded to the watch without errors.
Is the sync issue happening again, or is it just on my end?
Update: I also can not publish new faces (already published faces are no problem), it’s like the same error we had 2 weeks ago…

Yip. Same here. I am unable to sync drafts like a couple of weeks ago. I will submit a ticket.

I posted a new watchface this morning around 7:30 Eastern time with no issues. I must have broken it somehow.
For several days now, even after finishing the designs, they can’t be installed. The design is saved, but it’s not downloaded!
I also am unable to sync new modified watch faces in Creator to OS Wear 6 watches which previously have synced fine. Duplicating existing watch faces, or creating from scratch are all failing for me atm. I get error “Unable to sync. See FAQ” displayed. The console log (F12) reports a 504 Gateway Timeout).
