Is there currently an issue with syncing to the watch, or is there a temporary problem causing the sync to fail?
Update: Older watch faces sync normally without any issues. The problem only occurs with the new faces, which does not seem to complete the sync process.
I don’t even have a watch right now, but I was trying to use one the other day and the screens weren’t showing up. Some details would appear, I’d reinstall it, and the previous one would appear, but another wouldn’t. But I thought the problem was mine. I have very little knowledge.
Okay thanks, I suspect that this is a different issue. My progress indicator in the creator just keeps running without an actual sync happening. I did not have this problem yesterday.
Okay thanks! Tried to sync via creator and beta creator, after a few minutes syncing stopped with an error message. Tried it on several browsers and computers, no success. Publishing is also affected, I made a helpdesk ticket under no. #176724
When I have trouble which is often these days I use my phone . It is all in a state of Flux at the moment . I sometimes reboot Laptop and Watch for sucessful Syncs . I have to do that sometimes for WFS and a Server is not involved there .

Been having syncing issues again today. One day it works just fine and the next it doesn’t work at all or 1/2 the time it works, just sits there syncing. This is so annoying!!!
I followed all of the trouble shooting instructions in the help and still can’t sync my newly created watchface to my watch from creator on my computer
If you can’t publish a face and it fails WFF conversion, that means you have something in the watchface that is not compatible with WFF. If it fails conversion to WearOS WFF and Tizen all together and is saved as a draft, it has something that is now incompatible with Facer.
