Since last update, I noticed the temp doesn’t change, always showing same temp. It started with showing 66°, so I reflashed face to watch, now stuck on 27°.
If I switch to another watch face that is non Facer, it shows correct/current temp. Then switch back to Facer and still stuck on 27°.
I have cleared cache in Facer app, but no change.
Have you restarted your watch? Next if you have had an update did you check to make sure your location is still turned on in both the watch and the phone? Also check your permissions for Facer in case the update turned off something that should have stayed on.
Yes, did all these steps, even rebooted my phone. Same issue.
In that case I suggest you contact Facer Support at: https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/requests/new They want you to include the watch brand and model number, the operating system version plus the Facer app version you have. Also include a detailed explanation of the issue you are having so they can investigate what might be going on.

Not sure what did it, but watch just updated to correct temp, and matches phone. So must have been network delay of some sort.
I did change wifi network, then noticed watch temp had changed.
Sometimes a little change will kickstart everything back into working order! I’m glad it’s working again for you.
Welcome @dgstrattonjr . Sorry to join in so late . When I see an App update I reinstall the companion app on my Watch . Every time recently The Heart Rate Data is Zero . I go to the page on my phone about permissions . The permissions are always granted but I think the Act of going there wakes it all up . Weird Science . Any way glad you got this one sorted .
Also MAG @mrantisocialguy has some good advice in the past . Install Open Weather on your phone . That seems to kick start the connection to the watch .
