HEY @tobythayer152 Welcome. There is nothing this Public Community can do about that I am sad to say…Try contact the Maker in Comments. Facer Help Desk might be intrested. You could try Uninstall ING the Face and getting it again.

Is it Facer’s official Pip-Boy, or is it a copy? The official one has been at the top of the charts for months so it is working for sure. Exactly what is not working for you?
