Timing transparency with second hand (SOLVED)

What i want is a light glow every time the second hand passes it.

On the left side it works perfectly with this expression:
$#DsZ#==44||#DsZ#==45||#DsZ#==46?((sin(#DWFSS#/3-20)*100)):0$

But on the right side it is always off.
$#DsZ#==14||#DsZ#==15||#DsZ#==16?((sin(#DWFSS#/3-20)*100)):0$

Could someone help to get the timing right?
