Toggle item on and off

Hi Facers can someone help please, I don’t understand the VAR - is it possible to use VAR to enable a user to tap screen to toggle an item from a visible state to invisible: i.e. I have a face with AM/PM (#Da#) I want to enable users to be able to tap AM/PM whichever is displayed to hide it from the face - hope my description makes sense - would appreciate some help with what VAR can do - thanks in advance.

Yes that is quite easy you are best to use the toggle var setting and use the following in the opacity field

$#VAR_1#=1?0:100$

just place the var circle over the pm/am so people can press in the correct place

What about toggle off and on for like the weather? No opacity there…

For that you have to move it off screen. Sucks. We’ve been asking for opacity settings for all the things that dont have it for a while. Its on a list somewhere!
