Just curious if anyone else has had problems with the creator not saving. I have had this problem before but it seems it has gotten worse. After I save, then try to sync, it doesn’t sync with the new changes I have made. I’ve tried turning my watch off and back on.

Yup, it’s been on and off for me too. My last face i built was nothing but problems when it came to syncing the latest versions. However, one I’m working in now has no problems. Next time it happens to me i think I’ll just make a new watch face with nothing but a circle and sync that to my watch… then I’ll try to sync the face I’m having issues with too see what happens cuz… why not?

I was working on a face and changed the name of it . It would not update on the watch after many syncs . I actually did a Cache Clearance on my watch ( GW5pro ) and rebooted the phone and all was fine . A bit of a pain . But it proves it is not completely down to Facer . It is more about the relationship with the OS . I notice that last Wednesday the updates were significant . I know my Watch has rebooted itself because Google ASSistant started itself running uninvited . I feel really sorry for those coming fresh to all this . I bet many give up and we miss a lot of true talent because they are not always IT Consultants .

@russellcresser, I tried the reboot. It didn’t work. I will try to clear the cache next time to see if that works. To me, Facer is the only platform that has syncing problems. It took about 30 mins for it to finally sync correctly. I will send in a ticket today.
@kirium0212, who knows… that may work. It would be Kind of like a reset. It sure is worth a try.

Yeah . A lot of the struggle is Facer continues to operate third Party . Lots and lots to get right . They are doing well considering . I know a Serious Coder that said what Facer are doing is impossible . If you are a Developer I think it is a good Idea to clear the Cache now and again . We are Syncing stuff with Issues all the time . Stuff leaks out the sides and needs clearing now and again . The other issue is Creator Lives on a Server and is Exceedingly busy certain times . I blame America for overloading it .
