I own a Samsung Note 5 and a Samsung Gear 2 and every time I try to down the app, I get the error message “this content isn’t available on your phone anymore”.
Am I no longer able to use the Facer App because I have a Samsung Note 5? Please help.
I am sorry to hear you are having problems downloading the App.
In your post you say “Am I no longer able to use…”, does this mean that it was working and no longer is or that you have never been able to get it working on your phone?
Assuming that you phone is running a recent version of Android then I don’t know why it would not work but the Facer support people may be able to help if you lodge a support request ( listing all the model and software versions details for your phone and watch ) at:

While you are waiting, all I can suggest is that you make sure that you phone is running the latest version of Android that is compatible with your phone and see if that helps.

Facer companion app was installed, and Facer watches working on my Samsung watch, but all of a sudden its not installed on watch, and not available in store. There is some other app but that is not working with weather and more, not good enough to use.
The download link that is posted here gives the same results, “… not available in this country.”
