Today, Facer Creator is not behaving as it should. Elements selected like watch hands, ticks etc. are not showing up and I have been unable to save a watch face. It shows as complete when viewed, but when synced, it is blank on my watch. I have submitted a ticket number 190286. Is anybody else experiencing this?
Hier is ook zelfde probleem …
OK. So it’s not just me then!
Yes, I have got the same problem. Saving error messages in multiple browsers.
Yes me too, since last night.
I thought it was because I used a copy of an old watch face. So I re-created it from scratch. All went well up to just now. I get “server error” again
It seems like there is definitely a problem with the servers. Let’s hope they sort it out soon.
Same here. Fonts are getting all messed up, shadows appearing as highlights.
Managed to get one face sent through for approval. Second face looks like it’s ghosted so not risking it untill they reverse the tinkering they’re doing.

I’m not sure it’s a Facer issue. I have Ring security cameras and have them programmed for being active at different times during the day. Some of my nighttime only cameras are staying active during the day, and I have to manually deactivate them. This all started about the same time I was having issues with Facer. I’m wondering if it’s an AWS (Amazon Web Services) issue causing all of our glitches.
I’ve just had a responce from Ricardo at Facer. He thinks the issue is all sorted now but my previews before submission are still colourless and in negative ( shadows shown as highlights )
I re-published a watch face and it went through without error.
Same here, however, a face that shows perfectly on Creator which I completed this morning, shows blank on my watch. It seems like I will have to redo it.
I’ve made 2 today. The first went through no problem but I’m not risking submitting the second one as the preview is just not right.
I would just hold tight. I’m sure this will get sorted. Even if it does turn out to be a glitch with Amazon’s servers.
Now the lag is impossible to work with!
Sorry to hear about all this trouble today. Is this lag occurring across all browsers?
It’s running really slow on chrome
It’s real slow and glitchy on Microsoft Edge also.
Slow in Safari and Chrome, custom fonts are loading very slow or not rendering at all.
Thanks for the information, all! The team has been alerted and we’re looking into it! We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Getting timeouts attempting to publish to wearos6/wff. Only successful if i deselect that option.
