Wallpaper glitch... happens most of time! @Facer_Official

@ocky11239. Look at your Display Brightness setting may be turn it down a lot. I would make yourself a face with a Black Background only. See how black it is on the watch. OLED Tec is supposed to give Total Black. When we take pictures of even dark faces the CCD Arrays always amplify what light is comming from the face.

You probably said before but what watch are you using?

I doubt it. Facer will not upload anything bigger than 320x320 and downscales anything bigger right when you insert it there. You can stretch the inserted image once in the draft, but it will be blurry, as the pixels were merged during the downscale process.

Interesting. I’m pretty sure I did some tests early on (as in early 2021) and found 640x640 pngs to be cleaner than 320x320. Must try again and see if I still think this.

I have to apologise for fast reaction, that may not be accurate anymore. I did my own tests again and it seems facer does something even with smaller images, but to me it seems they are not so much changed as I thought earlier (somewhat blurry, but definitely not resized to exact half).
I tried to insert 640x640 and 320x320 cutout of same raster of 1 pixel thick white and black horizontal lines (verticals were thicker). After insertion they were automatically resized to half size, but after I stretched them back to original size, in the preview at 50% same as at 100% I can not see difference.

but I see difference in compare with source image. Can be the difference caused by the snipping tool, or by the creator in browser? Sorry, I can not compare live screenshots from watch.

i tried literally everything… my watch just doesn’t accept my custom watches with more details… if they’re with clean background, its okay… if a bit more details… its just going bananas… i give up from this -.-"

You may need a new watch.

@ocky11239 Or at least try redoing the watch itself. Just unpair your watch from your phone then go into the watch settings and select “Connect to a new phone”. That should force it to reinstall it’s operating system and hopefully fix any bugs along the way.
