I haven’t made a new tourbillon design in a while, but I’ve been meaning to create a premium version of my Four in One face. That one does not have date or battery level, and as I started trying to work those elements into that design, I decided I didn’t like where it was going so I started a new one instead. Tourbillons are often associated with elegant luxury independent artisan watch making, but I wanted to create a look that was more versatile and sporty. As with Four in One, the idea was to consider the tourbillon’s size and construction to optimize for how it would show on the watch screen. So it’s big and a bit minimal to be clear and fun to look at 
I also had fun creating a new modified sunray texture slightly influenced by the dial of my new blue Seiko Cocktail Time (
) And here is one of the rare times I’ve used the theme color feature to allow you to choose your own color accents from a wide range.
Of course there are 2 Hybrid Modes for large, easy to read activity tracking and weather info. And lastly there’s a cool lume that glows only after sunset.
