Watch face GAUSS-Moon

Okay, here is one for the script enthusiasts and the wakeup animation fans…

I was testing a real star scrolling routine but couldn´t resist to make a nice watch face out of it.

I hope you enjoy!

Greetings, Phantasico

Haha! Nice… I gotta pull this one apart and check out the “ticking” parts…

Well done, as one of thoes wakeup animation fans I can say, “I like it a lot!”

Do whatever you wish to.

I am glad if i can help others in understanding mechanics…

Well i am thinking about deleting this Shuttle Cockpit at the moment… it was just for fun but hides to much of the beautiful starscroller. :frowning:

What do you think?

Btw… its not made with frames… i wanted to try out if creator is capable to manage it with „board tools“.

This look nice, so make second version and show hides starscroller , certainly it cannot be worst .

I like it, you always nail the zoom in effect for large objects without making it look weird.

I tried to do something similar with the starfield using stock tools… I like your version much better.

Here’s mine if you want to check it out:

I deleted the cockpit. Much better now.

This is nice, too @cth4242.

My scrolling stars were handdrawn, Pixel for Pixel - in 3 different Colours on 5 layers. Reminded me on the time, when i painted Sprites with a Joystick on the good ol´ Amiga 500.

God, am i old!!!

@cth4242 and @GAUSS Gees you guys are talented. Both of these are insane! There’s another designer, i think the name is “Tron” that does visual stuff like this. (tr0n09 - watch faces for Apple Watch, Samsung Gear S3, Huawei Watch, and more - Facer) I’ve downloaded tons of his stuff… mesmerizing!

Tron? Who’s tron? Haha just kidding he’s awesome. Yeah I’m really digging everything coming out these days it’s making it really hard for me to not be able to spend any time developing. Lol
