Is there a way to identify the current watch face?
If you triple tap on the watch face, then tap the settings icon, you’ll see a “get more info about this face” link which will open up that face in the app on your phone. At least, in WearOS it works that way.

For Tizen, Triple Tap and the name of each Face appears briefly at the bottom of the screen as you scroll through them.
