I’m new to smart watches. I have downloaded the Facer app onto my iPhone and have no problem selecting and sending a face from my phone to my watch. However, when I select the face (which previews fine) I get the facer icon and initialising for a while then just a blank face on the watch. If I go back to select face it shows the one I wanted as current. Does this just mean the face I have selected is not compatible with my watch? Thanks

Does this happen with any face you choose or just one?
I use an iphone to connect with my watch, however I never use it to sync faces, I use my PC to do so and never had this issue
