Orbital Arc:
Clean, yet modern and informative watch face shows the hour in a big bold font in the middle. The minutes are displayed within a circle at the traditional analogue clock location. The minute circle orbits the hour circle once per hour. The seconds are indicated by a small black triangle with an electrical arc emitting out of it into space, at the traditional seconds location of an analogue clock.
Date is in a window to the left, with moon phase. Steps are in a window to the right.
Current weather condition, day/night aware, is at the top. 3 Day weather forecast condition with daily high/low temperatures is at the bottom.
12 hour and 24 hour mode compatible.
Rotating Trends:
-Rotating disks for Minutes, & Seconds line up with the red line in the window. I was able to create a magnifying glass effect for the minutes and seconds as they rotate into view, which is kind of cool. Had I created this is a more analogue design, I would have added a graphic of a lens, but I don’t think it necessary in this case.
-Current Weather Condition, which is day/night aware is top centre, with current temperature and weather station.
-Watch battery level on the bottom. Green if level is above 60%. Yellow if level is between 30 and 60%. Red if level is below 30%.
-Steps is above the watch battery. The person moves left to right as steps increase.
-Daily weather forecast condition icons are on the left side of the screen. Daily high/low temperatures are graphed above the forecast icons, to show the temperature trends.
-Current moon phase is beside the forecast condition icons.
-Date is below the forecast condition icons.
-OLED, AOD mode, 12 hour mode, 24 hour mode compatible.
For some reason, the android phone preview messes up the layering and some of hte upper layers are transparent. This really messes up the preview, I think it may be a bug in the android app.
