I’m not sure if this occurred after the last Facer update, but now 90% of my previously purchased watch faces in my watchbox are greyed out and not available on my Gear S3. I’ve tried to contact support several times but have never gotten a response. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you share a screenshot of the grayed out faces? Faces will become grayed out and disabled if the author deleted them, or if they were taken down due to copyright/trademark infringement. It’s however extremely rare that this happens on “purchased” faces. If that is the case, do share the ticket # you received when you contacted our support and I’ll escalate to make sure it’s resolved ASAP.

Well - i think they are greyed out because of copyright infringements. Facer has to take down all cloned faces with Brands on them (Breitling, Tag Heuer, Tissot, Citizen …). Otherwise they would get in big troubles with the swiss watch association. I think, all the greyed out watch faces are not available anymore.
