Watch faces couldnot shift in my fossil watch HR Carlyle

I am using Iphone and Fossil smart watch series 5 HR Carlyle I downloaded facer app at my iphone. i am trying to send free watch faces from my iphone to fossil smart watch. but it won’t. i shows sent message but in actual it’s not.
even watch is connected with wear OS app. watch face set to Facer as well.
can you please help me

I’ve read in the community that you have to turn off Bluetooth and use WiFi to send watchfaces from an iPhone to an Android watch. I don’t know it that is still true, but it would be worth a try.

OK, your only option now is to contact Facer Support at https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/requests/new .

While you are waiting for a response from support, give it another try. I do not have an iPhone, but sometimes it takes 5 or 6 attempts to send new watch faces to my watch - even though it shows the “Sent” message.
