Watchbox not working

I have a Galaxy Watch 4 and recently noticed that when I choose a face from my phone and press the sync button to get it on my watch, I get a message pop up saying to make sure Facer is open on my watch. When I open Facer on my watch, the chosen face doesn’t appear. It seems to have stopped working. Any ideas?

No idea why you’re experiencing this, I have the GW4 too and don’t have any problems.
All I can suggest is that you make sure that Facer is the chosen Face on your Watch before syncing a Face from the Facer App (I assume you already have the Galaxy Wearable App installed on your Phone). Other than that, all I would try would be to restart both the Phone and the Watch, as sometimes a simple restart often sorts little problems out. Good luck :crossed_fingers:
