Tried to make a watch face with information and subtle design.
Can I change anything.

I like the seconds indicator and the colors you chose for the watch. One thing I would maybe change is the look of the weather icons as they don’t really suit the visuals of the rest of the watch (but that is somewhat complicated).

Should i change it to regular weather icon that is present on facer?

If it were up to me, then I would say yes. Facer’s icons are completely flat, similar to the majority of the watch face.

Finally i changed it and it’s on rank 1 in top free category.
