Samsung refuses to address this problem. I thought I had it fixed by deleting the Facer companion and my Facer face, then reinstalling them, and then never turning the watch off. But no, the Music app continued to pop up even though there were no music tracks for it to play. And when it did my face no longer received temperature & humidity data.
The only way to get it to display is to delete Facer from the watch, reinstall it, and then reinstall the face(s) you want.
