I like the light version alot. My only suggestion is to increase the size for the step count. Its hard to read. Or maybe its just my eyes. Otherwise excellent job.

I also really like the lighter version.
On the dark version you can try to add some texture.
Maybe black steel or carbon fiber.

Seems to me that I concur with pretty much everyone in that the Snow version simply pops. Good job on both faces!
