Hello! 
Somebody commented this on one of my watch faces. I rechecked my design and on my end everything it’s fine. I don’t know what seems to be the problem. Do you guys experienced something similar to this?

Try telling them to make sure they have all Permissions set on Watch and Phone, that’s all I can think of sorry.

Yes, what icrltd4 says. All permissions must be granted to Facer, both on watch and phone.
Location must be ON, also both on watch and phone.
Many, many users don’t know how to grant permissions on watch.

Make sure they have location turned on in both the watch and phone or else weather will not function and update.
