fyi… a recent Samsung OS update broke facer. After much trial and error I discovered that uninstalling facer from both watch and android phone, rebooting each, then reinstalling facer on both, fixed the issue of my temperature display not working (always showing 0). I had tried all the previous suggestions of location and the FAQ was not helpful for this particular issue.
