WFF Submission Error: More Direct Support Option Needed

I received this error after publishing:
“Submitting failed for platforms: WearOS (WFF). Please contact support for more information.”

All the compatibility checkmarks were green, so this was unexpected.
When clicking “More information”, it only takes me to a general help form that doesn’t even mention this current WFF compatibility issue.

Wouldn’t it be more helpful if:

  • The link pointed directly to a form specific to this wff compatibility error, or
  • At least an option for WFF compatibility problems was added to the existing help form?

This is a common issue right now during the WFF transition, so a more direct support option would save a lot of time and confusion.

This is happening for most of us I would reckon! When my first WFF face was rejected despite the green tick in creator, I too submitted a help form. Still not heard anything about it! I might have to give them a kick :thinking:
