i set all to 50 still stays cloudy all the time

You have the codes for Opacity in the Y position box. They should go into the Opacity Box.

You will need to change the exceptions to something like this in the Y field

$#WCCI#==11?160:999$ (If not on then it will send to 999 (off Screen) if on it send back to 160 to show on the screen)
