I remember the days when they were pushing the Dvorak Keyboard . Like esperanto it did not catch on everywhere .

I’ve owned one of these ergonomic style keyboards before and hated it. After 20 years as an auto mechanic and 22 years as a janitor, my hands naturally twist outboard when I extend my arms. A regular keyboard is more comfortable for me to use.
