HI, I recently got accepted for Facer Partner Program. I submitted 2 faces and got published after 5 days and I have 2 more that are submitted for review which still shows “In Review” for more than 7 days.
My only question is Is this normal that Facer takes this long?
I also publish watch faces on other platforms like Playstore they usually take 3-4 days max.
If this is normal I don’t blame Facer because I assume more review time means either they got plenty faces to review or they are busy with other things. But I need to know theirs typical review time so I could publish watch faces accordingly.

Yes, the review takes a while. My experience is about 3-4 days. Perhaps the easter break has had an influence on availability…

Congratulations! My wait is anywhere from 5 days and up. Sometimes it may be best to hold and publish yourself if you have multiples uploaded at once. That way they don’t go out all at one time.

Excuse my ignorance please, but I am confused as to why Faces take so long to Publish 
Whenever I have created Faces here on Facer (the only place I do so) when I select to Publish they have always just taken a few minutes to be Published, so you can understand my confusion here sorry 
This for premium / monetized faces which can be set by us partners. These faces are subject to quality review.

Average is 3 days, but it can be longer depending on weekends and holidays. Free designs are immediate, of course.

Day 9 for my latest face…
Same here, 9 days and 2 tickets raised, either short staffed or the server needs hitting with a spanner.
or someone is dumping a ton of faces all at once??? I heard that there is some etiquette that should followed?
I haven’t heard of that. You would need a very large amount to cause this sort of delay. I believe the faces go through another automated check at Facers end before being put in front of a person. So the delay will be due to one of those two factors.
Correct me if I am wrong… but if someone uploads 30 faces that have to go through QA it lengthens the time for everyone else.

For the time it takes to get a face published while being a “Partner” is downright ridiculous. I think I’ll pass on trying (3,4 times now trying) to become a partner. What’s the point? I don’t think Partners make that much money on faces anyway. Seems to be more of a joke than anything.

True, but It’s all relative. We all know how long it can take to make just one face. So to put 30 faces through, that would mean they have kept road clear for at least 15 - 30 days.
Unless they are WFS imports from new PlayStore partners
BTW. I got 2 faces cleared after my last post so there is some movement.

Yeahh…there’s some out there that have hundreds of faces ready to go and have been inundating other platforms as well. Personally, I don’t see the logic in doing it that way as you’re basically putting your own watch faces in competition with each other as users can only have 1 watch face at a time regardless. Slow and steady should win the race.
