Has anyone had this issue: You make a copy of one of your faces then you move a layer’s position - and the face disappears on creator. Just a white screen. I’ve tried it on a few faces now.
Yip. I’ve just experienced the same bug. The moment you try re-order any element, the design image disappears! I hope they fix this soon.
No, have not come across this. I tried with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Opera. I could reproduce that. But I have a Mac, so maybe not the same.
What I have come across is: edit a watch face, while it is still loading, then move a layer, the Creator hangs. No chance to recover. Need to close the tab.
I have come across yet another phenomenon. While in Creator, moving the watch face (with 2 fingers on the track pad), I accidentally initiate a swipe, this changes the tab (or is it the “back” function?). Either way, Creator is gone with unsaved changes. Going back into Creator, I can no longer edit the watch, it is trying to load but does not get anywhere.
Yes indeed- it’s irritating!!
On Windows PC so maybe it’s not an issue on Mac’s.

It just happened now (Chrome on Mac). Added a new image to a copy of a watch face.
Then wanted to “Send to back” and now the watch face is gone!

Yes i had same issue. Had to leave beta for it to stop. They must be doing lots of tweaks atm. Will rejoin beta in a few days again.
I see I am now using Creator v7.44.0.629, but not sure since when this error occurred…
I reported it as a bug.
I got a white out when I tried to move a layer in a test I was doing last night . I am running Beta .
Facer is aware and is working on it.
By the way, the US has a 3-day holiday weekend coming up so staff may be limited.

Yes, this issue is very annoying. I have the same experienced the same issue on Chrome, Edge, Duck Duck Go, Firefox and Bravo. Also the ambient mode is broken. Nothing is showing up there either.
It is annoying, but move all the layers you want.
Save, and refresh the page. Nothing is lost…

This is frustrating, but it’s not possible to return to the gallery without saving. It seems to be caused by the same bug. Ideally, future releases should be validated in beta before being deployed to production.
