Just spent all morning creating a Face for someone as a request, and now I want to Publish it, it’s stuck on the saving screen, total waste of my time 
This is happening more and more lately, and there’s absolutely nothing that can be done, it simply loses everything I did

Sorry to read that. Only thing I can suggest is save more often. I do it every few layers I add. But it is annoying, sometimes taking almost half minute.

I have to agree with @petruuccios, save your work after every few layers. I’ve had that happen to me before and it really sucks!

That is a Real Bummer . I happens so Randomly there is no reason for it at all . You had that the weather Icons before . I know Random can cause problems .

Facer might be able to recover what you did, you should ask them. And yes, save after every important step you take.

Every time tha\t has happened to me it has been between 2 and 4 AM GMT (I give up after that)
I think their aging infrastructure cannot cope with high user presence and at certain times becomes overwhelmed.
