Yeah . I think the Error is generated in Creator . They have some confusion with the Inner and outer Radi before we start making . As with the Battery Charge Flag . I think It is left on Pourpouse . The have been many opportunity for Facer to put a Mist Icon in for the weather .
So have you been looking at this stuff for 5 years ?

OK, matbe 3 years but guessing it has been a problem longer. You would thingk that the app advertising watch faces would actually display them correctly. It is shockingly poor.
