Why did i lose lifetime membership

when i switched phones i seem to have lost my lifetime ad free membership. i get ads now & ask me to sign up. I’m logged in but that is gone

Someone in the community here might be able to help with how to restore your previous purchase but if not, the best thing to do is to raise a support request with the Facer support team:

You have to be signed in with the correct Google account that you used to purchase the Plus upgrade. I had the same problem since I changed email accounts on my username for Facer. Once I signed in with the correct email for Google, my Plus was activated again on my new phone.
