Why no hourly weather?

I noticed that on my Samsung Galaxy 4 one of thier faces has the weather for the next 3 hours. I’ve thought for a while what my perfect backpacking / hiking face would be and having the weather for the next 3 hours is one of the features.

Anyway, I was wondering why none of the weather faces I’ve seen have this feature? They’re always daily weather forecasts.

I dont know, maybe they do not have right data source. Or maybe they leave it for the custom complications on a premium faces? Not that I would use it, I prefer to check for weather on phone app, if I have to. For Apple watches they offer such complication:
