Hi all, I have very recently upgraded Wear OS 4 from 3.5 on my Xiaomi watch 2 pro and I am having issues constantly with my Facer watch face crashing as soon as my watch enters standby or my unlock screen comes on(this is due to android watch pay requirements). Every time I unlock using pattern or lift my hand to turn screen on, the facer pictogram appears and some time passes until my chosen facer watch face comes on. I have tried everything and AOD does work but even like that, sometimes the face crashes. Native Xiaomi faces work but I do not like them. I have both latest app versions on my watch and phone. Please help!

All I can suggest is a complete reboot of both your Watch and Phone. That can sometimes help.

Unfortunately I tried that and it does not work. Tried even force stopping Facer and restarting the app and this works for a short period of time.

This is why I never welcome SW updates, when my devices work with curent version just fine.
There is no official way back if they mess something up, just to wait another x years for next update (if it ever comes) and hope they fix what they broke and dont break something else on the way.
I am just curious, did the update brag about some new added feature, or was it like “lets have it, since its new”?

It bragged about better animations, better battery life and so on. Until now it is quite the opposite…

Sad to say Sometimes One has to start again from the beginning . A bit of a Pain but it just depends how much you want Facer .
