Hi,
I fully support this request at 400% 
because for example it would allow us to display the AM / PM if we set the user parameter on 12h and the hidden if we are in 24h

It looks like #DUb# is supposed to do this, but it always returns"undefined" instead of actually working.

I am in support as well for the am/pm designations
Facer (Creator) should really support a resource file (populated by Apple/Tizen/Android Wear parameters) that provides all locale / preference settings.
In simplistic terms it would contain:
common resource file::
