Purchases disappeared with telephone change

Hi,
I bought some wathcfaces and now, changing phone, I downloaded the app but in the “purchase section” there are no watchface I purchased.
In the old phone instead, purchases are present in the app.
I’m regularly logged on both apps.

I had the same problem - I restored my purchases via the Play Store app on my phone…

  • open Play Store
  • tap the the icon that has three horizontal lines ( should be located on the top of the screen )
  • select Account
  • select Purchase History

Your Facer purchases should be listed there. Select the one you want and re-download/install it.
Repeat for every one you want.
