Someone in my household just got an Apple Series 11 Watch and wants me to add a few faces for her to choose from. So…I have a few Apple watch face questions.
How to make the Slideshow of multiple images show animated on the watch face preview image? I see on other people’s profiles the slideshow is animated on preview, but on my Apple designs the slideshow does not show on preview. It only shows the 1st image.
I have already added a few Apple Faces. I see that there are a lot of limitations, but are there any work arounds?
Can you add a custom color for text besides the colors provided? I just want to have black as a choice.
Can you add custom Fonts?
Forgive me if this has already been covered or if there is an easy fix.

I’ll try to answer your questions in order.
Facer uses the slideshow when the watch faces are installed based on their timing for a tap on the face or wrist movement. As for previews, that is custom coding done by some of the partners.
We cannot add a custom color other than what Facer offers. ← That one drives me crazy at times!
No we cannot use black. ← I wish!!
No, we cannot use custom fonts. ← another Wish List item for Apple!
All you can do is to be as creative possible with the tools at hand. I suppose that is good exercise for the brain. Having said that I think there are some features that can be ported from an Apple Watch to Creator, but I have not tried that, so maybe someone with the watch will reply here.
