You only keep the watch faces you paid for fully (not via premium). If you downloaded a premium watch face through the Premium subscription, you will lose access to all premium faces once your subscription expires.
Facer usually run promotions around black friday, so if you re-subscribe around this time, you may be able to sign up again for a discount. There are plenty of free watch faces to choose from in the mean time.
