Sadly this can not be A Public Forum Issue . Thousands if not millions are very content with what Facer has to offer . You will have to go through official channels to sort that one out . We can only offer you our Condolences .

Facer is not a scam. Most likely you did not use the correct form for your refund request or you did not give enough details. Your request may have reached Facer when they were out of the office during the holidays. They are probably trying to catch up on support requests since then.
