More Elliptic / Stretchy / Oval Hand Stuff

Little brain-breaker that kept me occupied for 5-6 hours (and I rushed through a six-pack of lager). But then again, it’s been more than 40 years since I had sin() and cos() at school.

Not really applicable, I think, it looks ugly (and I overemphasized the extremes). But I cross that off my bucket list.

Here’s the formula for hand length:

radius(X) = radius horizontal
radius(y) = radius vertical
#DWFXX# = insert time tag here

((radius(x)*radius(y))/sqrt((radius(y)*cos(rad(#DWFXX#-90)))*(radius(y)*cos(rad(#DWFXX#-90)))+(radius(x)*sin(rad(#DWFXX#-90)))*(radius(x)*sin(rad(#DWFXX#-90)))))

Then you have a dead topic title . I would just carry on . Long old topics are difficult to follow some times . We can link the old topics .
I was thinking of making this work but had to abandon it as it is obviously beyond me .

Hahahahaha! I thought about this, too, yesterday!!! And I immediately perished the thought, because there’s a bit more than sin() and cos(9 going on there    You seem to have nailed it, though. How did you do it?

Indeed . You will see I was looking at the masking method . Shit Show . :joy: You will see the hand does not line up with the numerals . Just one hand .

This is one of them .

Thanks! Heh, wouldn’t have found this one, I think, wouldn’t have searched for “stretchy”
