Thanks to everyone who helped me get this watch face together.
I used a lot of new to me techniques in this face and I think it looks awesome. The depth effect suggested by @tom.vannes is my new favorite effect.
I made a sun movement that starts at the top hits solar noon at the middle and sets at the bottom.
I tried to make a neon effect with the LCD time display, I think it sells on the watch.
The battery gauge will flash when below 20% and when charging.

Looks good overall but your Dim Display is really boring and I don’t really see the need for Hour Markers without any Hands, nor the Seconds ticking around

There are hands, they’re just subtle. I changed the color of the hour hand to the magenta color so it stands out more.
I like keeping the dim display simple. I went ahead and added a few things to the dim display but I wanted it to stay mostly black and white. I looked at some of your faces and keeping most of the face on is definitely less boring but isn’t to my preference.
