As Peter is saying in this Master Class your Dial will have to be a bit more Accurate .
the hand is running wrong direction , i mean backward

Here is a test . Sorry I could not help myself .If you want things to rotate the other way .MINUS is usualy involved .

He well done . You Bent the Formula Slightly the wrong way . It is good to draw your Hands / Pointers Facing Up .
(221-((#DWFMS#)/(360/84)))
The (360/84)=4.2857 is the scaling factor calculation for the arc. 84 is the arc Travelled . There will always be a 360 in there in descriptive Maths as #DWFMS is 0-360 .
But well done . If it works it works .
