For sure. Everyone can participate. No matter if you are premium member or not. Just have a look at the regulations.

Hello,

I’ve noticed that my Space submission to ticwatch.facer.io (for the Ticwatch contest) is no longer visible. I did an edit on the watch face using facer.io; is it possible that this removes it from the ticwatch.facer.io site? Does this mean that my submission has been withdrawn or that I should resubmit it?
